Fitness has always been part of my life…from little league hockey, baseball and soccer, High School soccer, basketball , College soccer and rugby all the way up to my adult years with hockey, soccer, Krav Maga and of course MAXX Shred. But, my fitness journey really didn’t start until about 6 years ago, after I was in near fatal car accident. I was lucky to be alive, and the main reason I was still alive (according to all of my Doctors) was because I had been living a healthy and fit lifestyle. The accident was traumatic, and I head severe head injury was in a coma for 22 hours. However, due to my physical health, my body was able to absorb the impact and bodily injury was minimal. It was shortly after being released from the hospital that I knew I was being called to help others to walk in their fitness journey and to help them reach that healthy lifestyle change.
I have a passion for fitness, and absolutely love hearing success stories from clients. My goal is to be the best motivator, educator and accountability coach/partner I can be in order for clients to reach their fitness goals. MAXX Shred is a total body workout that is broken out in to Upper Body, Lower Body, Cardio and Core work. In the MAXX Shred class we focus on form, hitting the target muscle groups and FUN! I encourage everyone who is looking for a fun and challenging class to give MAXX Shred a try.
