My name is Alicia Iannettoni. I am the group fitness co-coordinator at the Keller location.
I teach Body Blast at 5am Tuesday and Thursdays, and 9am on Saturdays, CIZE Tuesday nights at 6:30, PiYo Strength Wednesday morning at 9:30 and Thursday night at 7:30, all at Keller.
I have been teaching group fitness since 2009 when I got my first certification in ZUMBA, and have been with Fit2K since I moved to Texas in 2012. I have lost about 55 pounds in the last 3 years!!
I absolutely LOVE teaching group fitness. My goal is for every person to leave class feeling successful, strong, sweaty, and that they have fun doing it. I always tell my classes if they don’t enjoy what they are doing and whom they are doing it with, they are less likely to stick with it. Every instructor is different and it’s so important to give each class three tries before you make a decision about it. Switch up your weekly routine, incorporate cardio and strength weekly and you are much more likely to see your body changing.
My goal is to become a Master Trainer for PiYo and CIZE to help others become certified in these formats that I truly love!
